This “little silver box” on wheels holds a wood burning pizza oven from Italy that turns out heavenly artisanal Neapolitan pizzas. Owned and operated by Francesco Vitale, an experienced pizzaiolo who was born and raised in Napoli Italy and has been a full time pizzaiolo in Italy, London & NYC for over 30 years. Francesco was the pizzaiolo at Mezzaluna on the UES for many years and co-owner of Pizza Mezzaluna on the corner of Houston at MacDougal before deciding to open his pizza truck. LEARN MORE

Then, swept through the Midwest and finally hit the East coast by 2015. Now, it’s one of the hottest cuisines on the up trend! Our poké bowls consist of a variety of bases, different types of protein — chicken, shrimp, raw fish or chickpeas for our vegan customers, and an assortment of vegetables and fruit, topped with our signature sauces.
