PRIVATE RINGSIDE TENT | Thursday July 23 – Sunday July 26
Purchasing a Platinum, Gold, or Silver sponsorship package — which includes a private ringside tent, Luncheon for 8-10 on Sunday and tickets to the Yellowframe Farm Waterview Tent for Cross Country viewing on Saturday — is a wonderful way to support the Horse Trials while enjoying a weekend of top-level equestrian competition with family and friends.

Platinum and Gold Sponsors will receive the premier tent locations — but we assure you, every tent offers good viewing and a fun experience. The schematic below reflects 2025 locations and we anticipated the 2026 tent locations will be broadly similar.

INDIVIDUALLY TICKETED HOSPITALITY OPTIONS
For a more flexible experience, you can entertain guests at a reserved table in our Club Tent, overlooking Stadium Jumping on Sunday, July 26, or choose from a small number of individually ticketed hospitality options:
  • Tickets to the Water View Tent for cross-country viewing on Saturday,
  • Tailgating Tickets (groups of up to ten people) for cross-country viewing on Saturday
  • Individual tickets for seats in the Club Tent for the Sunday Luncheon overlooking the stadium jumping
  • Weekend Hospitality packages which include Waterview tickets for Saturday and Luncheon tickets in the Club Tent on Sunday
