SHAVINGS and HAY
Shavings and hay can be delivered to your stall prior to your arrival - send an email to dwierum@gmail.com BY AUGUST 1 with your order.  Please make sure the shavings are ordered with the same name as your entry and bring your payment to a stable manager (Debbie Wierum or Valerie Bouley) when you arrive.

Hay 1st cut: $6 per bale
Hay 2nd cut: $8 per bale
Shavings: $6 per bag

PINNYS
Permanent Pinny Holders will be required this year. If you do not own one, they may be purchased at the Secretary's office for $20.

OFFICE HOURS
Secretary's office will be open the following hours for packet pick-up:
Wednesday 1pm - 6pm
Thursday 9am - 7pm
Friday 6am

RELEASE FORM
All competitors must have a signed release form on file. Please sign and
bring with you when you check in if you have not already submitted it.
